Ten years ago, WDA and Washakie County partnered to bring the Fair View Industrial Park to fruition.  With Washakie County providing the land, and WDA writing the grant and working through the bidding and construction process, WDA was awarded a $2,241,000 grant from the Wyoming Business Council to create the Fair View Industrial Park in Worland, WY.

We are proud to offer this as an asset to our community. This industrial park is ideal for light manufacturing, service businesses, value-added agricultural enterprises, distribution centers, and warehousing.

The first lot, complete with the first building built in the Fair View Industrial Park, was recently sold to the Bureau of Land Management to be used as the National Minerals Testing Laboratory. WDA looks forward to helping other businesses get a start in one of the other 6 business ready lots in the Fair View Industrial Park.
